Reviews and Ratings
I had mixed feelings about my stay at Kooralbyn Valley Resort. While the initial presentation was impressive and the location is quite unique, with kangaroos around, the facilities needed much improvement. The room was clean but showed its age, and the dining options were limited with some closures. Overall, there's potential, but it feels like the resort is still finding its feet post-renovation.
I had a mixed experience at the resort. The staff was warm and helpful, making my stay enjoyable, but the condition of the facilities and cleanliness were significant letdowns. The room was spacious, but very outdated, and the dining options left much to be desired. There’s certainly potential, but they need to address maintenance issues to enhance the overall experience.
My stay at the resort was far from what I expected. While the rooms offered a good view, the overall condition of the place was alarming. The service left much to be desired, and I felt overall that the resort was not up to standard. There’s potential here, but significant improvements are required to provide a pleasant stay.
The resort has a great staff that truly stands out in a poorly maintained setting. The rooms are outdated, and overall cleanliness leaves much to be desired. The breakfast was the highlight of my stay, but the dining experience at the Tavern was awful with long wait times. Although there are some nice features, I wouldn't recommend this place for a relaxing getaway.
My stay at the resort was quite disappointing. The location had potential with scenic views but the outdated and poorly maintained rooms overshadowed that. Dining options were not appealing, and overall, I felt it was overpriced for what was offered. Despite some small improvements, it still feels like a work in progress, and I wouldn’t recommend it for a relaxing getaway.
